How I Help Teams Succeed 

I am a learning experience designer who develops learner-centered, solutions-focused programs that help teams and organizations close skill and knowledge gaps to achieve meaningful outcomes.

My motivation comes from a fascination with how humans adapt and apply new knowledge to solve problems. I love seeing learning translate into real improvements for people, teams, and organizational systems.

Guided by my years as a middle school teacher in Michigan and my background in Physics education, I apply evidence-based strategies to address knowledge and skill gaps. I’ve also deepened my expertise through certifications in Instructional Design (University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign) and Project Management (Google), which have strengthened my ability to collaborate with stakeholders, manage workflows, and design effective solutions.

I take a learner-centered approach, aligning programs to key business goals while designing experiences that are engaging, authentic, and actionable. I use the ADDIE framework to guide design, Gagné’s 9 Events of Instruction to structure learning, and Kirkpatrick’s levels to measure impact. I iterate through agile feedback loops, ensuring each experience is creative, impactful, and tailored to learners’ needs.
